Create Reality: Be Your Own Master & Slave

Manifest Materially by being your own master and slave.

Paradox and dichotomy are often visited upon any truth seeker. Probably one of the first concepts that you face as an explorer at a deeper level, is that many truth's in the so-called spiritual realm exist at the same time, and as much as you would love for simply one truth to be at a time, these concepts simply are.

A simple example for more traditional folk would be God saying that all are loved equally, yet seeing mass destruction and killing in certain corners of the globe and wondering if those people deserved it.

I'm staying away from the more interesting and somewhat intellectual concepts today to instead get into the subject of this post, manifesting your desire.

Recently I have focused my efforts into this area with surprising results, in fact with wonderful blessings never mind results.

Now, before diving in, unless you have invested significant effort in knowing yourself, knowing your essence and have experienced yourself as part of all that is, well I'm afraid this lesson will not benefit you immediately. However it will open a shining door for you, just as some recent products have, like "The Secret".

On the other hand for my regular readers, who know themselves (excuse my pun), you will be able to at least compare what I have done with your practices and gain another different approach to add flavour to your broth.

So then, on to the "essence" or "tachless" as they say in Hebrew.

What does be your own master and slave mean, when it comes to manifesting your ANY desire?

Simply looking at it, it is a paradox. How could anyone be both at the same time? But look a bit closer and you will more easily perceive how this applies to many areas within you and within the world you surround yourself with.

Perception is an important aspect to consider, as always. Some of us are so fixed that we can never move beyond the view that we are unable to influence our environment directly, let alone take responsibility for the world we are in or even see ourselves as one with all that is.

However, as long as you know it to be true that we all ARE one, and responsible for everything we perceive with our senses around us and within you, you do not have BE that all the time to benefit from this approach. Then this is what I strive for.

Recently I wrote you an article about a man named Neville Goddard. His simple approach is easy to use as a guide for explaining this recipe to you. He unfailingly taught that God is our imagination. Many other teachers have different ways of presenting the same thing, which is fine, since we all have different ears, but Neville's way struck such a beautiful and simple way to describe God to me.

Accept that your imagination is God, or if it is easier for your perception, think of it as your 'piece' of God, or the God spark within you.

Step 1. Choose as a Master

Now choose a thing, a state, a goal to focus on, something you desire. Make it perceivable within your current reality, but stretch your limits a little. Just not too much. An easy example is being able to just barely perceive that the universe could deliver $10,000 to you yet going ahead and asking for a lot more than that.

This wouldn't work, at least not in a hurry. So, step one, a large realistic goal. It does not have to be physical, perhaps you desire a quality within you or healing. Anything.

Step 2. Imagine as a Master

Activate your imagination. The following works for me, it may for you or you may want to alter it a little. In my minds eye, I draw a golden frame. It is solid gold and pure, glistening in a warm glow of some nearby fire.

Within the frame I 'paint' the situation I desire. Placing yourself within it is even better. I am very detailed, imagining colors, contours and other people that are there with me. I dwell on this image .... I focus on my breathing .... in and out .. steady paced..

... and now I begin to well-up within me, the feelings I wish to associate with my desire. Love ... happiness ... joy ... peace .. GRATITUDE ... do this now. Soak it in, feel it deep within you, accept that you have that. Feel the vibration that accompanies that... sometimes it is almost a sexual energy. Feel how you would having this thing you desire and accept that you have it now.

Step 3. Burn as a Master

Once I have immersed myself in these feelings, bathed myself in their glow - I mentally burn the image. Up it goes in smoke, poof.

Neville prefers to EXPLODE his imaginings. Each to their own in all things, all paths lead the same way.

Step 4. Hand It Over To The Universe as a slave

At that very moment that I have burned the image, I have handed over its deliverance to the Universe, to God, to the All That Is. It is no longer my concern to know HOW it will be delivered because to even consider it, would be to limit the universe in its ability to deliver what you desire!

So be like a slave, respectful, know your place, and be trusting in your Master. Hand it over and know that it is already done. Your goal already exists.

Everything that has been, will be or is, is now. We know this. I know this. If you have not accepted this, then you will find resources to assist you in learning this for yourself, right here on this site.

One wonderful thing Neville says, "It exists already, all you have to do is adjust to it", that hit me like a ton of bricks. What a wonderful PERCEPTION.

Step 5. Have Faith in your Master

Do not waver for a minute in you faith that what you have desired is done. Then again, don't go back to that picture you burned specifically for you may change some small detail and the universe will have to comply, by starting all over again.

Simply feel those feelings you felt regularly. Breathe and feel and know.

Step 6. Detach From Expectations

Just like a slave owns no property, you should own no expectations of results associated with your desires. Be ever vigilant, because this can break the whole chain.

This may even seem like a dichotomy or paradox, but you must stay detached from specific results. Allow the universe its space to bring you to what already exists in it's own way.

Neville says that different requests take different amounts of time. You can read more of his writings for insight on that, which I strongly recommend.

Step 7. Pay Attention To Your Intuion

Here is the most important step to me. Once you have completed your process, carry on with life but pay attention to your inner voice and nudgings. Let your intuition bring you circumstances that will place your goal in your reach. Follow through on these notions.

So here you have the essence of my process. It has been an expensive lesson to me, investing in reading, study and teachers over the years to come to the point of seeing these deep results I now experience. Simple things have always been easy for me to create (I'm laughing at myself for even writing that - if you don't get it, read it a few times).

Cash has never been a concern, literally this has always been my belief and thank you universe for delivering. But read that again too - cash has never been a concern - its not the statement of a rich man, at least not in my PERCEPTION, which is the most important thing of it. I've always done well, to others I am wealthy, but a millionaire I am not. Perception, words, thoughts - pay heed to your inner dialog.

This article is so simple, but it ties in deeply with what I have been teaching you from the beginning of this blog. Go back and revisit the old archives and see the connections - thought, word, deed, creating reality, we all are one and so on.

It is all there for anyone from anywhere to see and benefit from freely. Choose to be your master or slave, but don't believe that it is happening to you from any other source than yourself.

As always, I ask only that you benefit another in some way, as you benefit.

In ending, the universe always says "Your Wish Is My Command" but let me point you this way... since we are all one, who is "Your" and who is "My"?

Smiles,

Intention & Being Led

I've only ever made a post when I feel drawn to something, a thought, a feeling or a moment that holds a promise for me and perhaps for others. Based on the comments I receive to newer and older posts, I know others find value in some of what I have to say and for that I'm glad, for me and especially for them.

In the past while I've been working on another step within me, and I have not taken much time to look outside of myself other than to those immediately around me that have needed or asked for my attention.

Intention has been manifesting within me and around me. I have allowed myself to be led by my intuition, following my imagination. Recently I came across the writings of an enlightened man that lived in the not too distant past. I added a link to some of his writings in the 'well thumbed' section. His name is Neville Goddard and his writings, rather his teachings that became written down followed by books that he wrote, all center around the interpretation of the bible, and the use of it as parable to describe Jesus as our imagination.

His teachings are so simple, yet illucidating, especially if your background is a Christian one, or if you have had exposure to the bible. They resonate deeply with me and within me. Even Cheryl, a borderline atheist, read some of his work and proclaimed "This is the answer". For her to say that, well, trust me when I tell you that is quite something.

And so in discovering the teachings of this man, and the history of his life, I've come to apply another layer to my experiences with the mystic in me, another looking glass to add to the collection of introspection. My intentions have been made and are being continually made and being offered up to the connection to the universe within me. I am sitting back and allowing my intuition to be led.

My results are intriguing and startling to say the least. One recent intention was finding a house in the countryside, near enough the city but not too far that met some other criteria and honestly, not only do we have the house secured, but got more than we bargained for.

You see, to picture your spiritual journey as seperate from any other part of you, especially your power as your own primar creator and creative force, is naive. Everything you are is everything you are and more. The body you wear is your clothing, your mind is your creative power and your spirit is your connection to the greatest network of creativity in existence, the universe and All That Is.

If you are still unable to see this, or feel this at some level, then you have unfinished business within you to clear away. Look to mistakes and lessons you keep repeating in your life. Whether you see it or not, you are being led in the right direction, no matter what you do.

Intend your direction and be led. Be in touch with your intuition, get into touch with yourself.

Surrender

Give in, give up, sink to your knees and give yourself over to your purpose, to your imagination. Quit resisting the passing and transformation of your ego. Forget about giving your Spirit the time of day for only a few minutes a day or week, while you continue your 99% existence in the grand illusion around you. Drop the drama, and skip over the details of your life as a sheep in a world filled with sheep just like you. Let go of being overcome with information, minutiae, schedules, plans, distractions and 501 channels. Give in, give up, surrender.

Have you been searching for yourself for a while? Give up. Forget about it, you are only attracting more of that, searching. If you are searching for yourself, you will never find yourself. The Universe is constructed to only provide you what you ask for, don't be searching, seeking or looking.

Go into your minds eye, imagine your true Self as you long to be, create your vision of that self in your imagination, sketch in the details and make your snapshot as real as you can. Who are you? What are you doing? Where are you? Imagine it all. Then feel it, feel what it is to be that person you have painted, to live the image you have conjured. Elevate your energy level, raise it up to your awareness, consciously focus on your imagining and create that reality in your mind, then release it to the Universe. Rinse and repeat only if you feel drawn to do so.

By now you have travelled along with me well enough to know that our individuality creates a truth for each of us. Modify the process to suit but don't miss the message.

On the path to your Self, surrender
In the wake of living, seeking, being; surrender
Over the stinging coals of denying your greater role, surrender

Surrender your ego, the layers of mud that you have caked your self in, an experience wrapped in each

To your truth, surrender
And to your God, surrender
To your Spirit, surrender!
Move over, be done with the bold, make the noose for your ego

Be great and noble, respect your purpose, kneel in surrender to your Soul

And arise reborn

None Of This Matters

The greatest obligation you have to your Self is to be selfish. I cannot say that nothing else matters, that is not true to me, and perhaps you too. Overall though, none of this matters, 'this' being your life, your perceived obligations and goals. You are here for a short time and may choose to entertain yourself with whatever trials and tribulations you choose, perhaps even experience joy and happiness along the way. In the totality of your existence in this realm, none of this matters.

Why?

Nothing else matters because if you find yourself incapable of putting your Self first at every step, you will simply spin in circles with the wonderful distractions of this place, your reality, whether you live in Canada, the UK or India. There is nothing wrong with that, and nothing right with it either. Judgement left the room when you clicked on this site.

The point here is, that everything must start and end with you and nothing else. If you are not putting your spiritual agenda first, then you are nowhere. The great part is that's ok. You are under no obligations here, in life. Whether you choose to put your souls journey first, at the forefront of every thought or not, matters little. You'll get a 'do over' pass at the pearly gates, unless you choose otherwise. Not that I mean hell, that is just a preposterous concept and a strong religious one, but it doesnt exist in my reality ergo it does not exist at all.

Being 'selfish' in and of itself has been painted negatively by the majority of systems and belief sets, but often the truth is hidden from us in plain view. We are raised to think of things a certain way and if they are never questioned later on, when we have the power to think and conceptualize for ourselves, we may paint them that way the rest of our lives. Often this is the birthplace of ignorace - not questioning, not seeking.

In this precious short time that you share with those you have attracted, your only goal can be you, and what we lovingly call 'your purpose'. Your purpose will always serve your highest thought, your highest experience, your pinnacle expressed in reality. Nothing else matters more than this, unless you decide otherwise.

Perhaps you decide to be distracted by whatever comes up, or whichever you allow to come up, it matters little how it arises, and it matters little whether you choose distraction over purpose. Purpose will always be their, patiently waiting for you, never complaining that it is ignored, never angry that it may be set aside for the millionth time. Your purpose will always be there for you, waiting with warm, loving arms to embrace your attention, when you pay it that.

Some people ask 'how do I know what my purpose is?' and simply the answer is, if you do not know it then you are not ready to know it. Some people feel it should be something that arrives to them in a grand dream and to others it simply becomes them. Tools like meditation and quiet can certainly help some, but what is good for the goose is not always good for the non-goose. Never feel that you deserve to worry or doubt that you have a purpose - every one of us does.

Ultimately, our purpose is all the same, to be One. It's what you do in the meantime that is interesting and fun. This is why none of this matters, except of course your Self, your Soul, your higher connection and the way you serve yourself through it.

When you begin to allow your true self to emerge and flow through your ego, without fighting or being distracted, then you will know a place within you that words cannot describe. Space and time will be meaningless to you and you will know more than knowing that you are whole, worthy and loved. You will know that you are safe and protected no matter the choices of your past or your future. You will know that we all are one.

Coming back to it though, none of this matters. So you are part of all that is? Ok, now what? This doesnt matter, because it is the truth and will not change, ever. Therefore, in the time remaining busy yourself with your personal purpose. Fill your life with that. Be all that you can imagine and more. In the face of knowing your true self, your true connection to everything that exists, that which does not exist and all that is in between; be your self.

That is all there is to do, honour your self and your purpose. Practice makes perfect!

With all that I am,

Life Interrupted

A good friend of mine is undergoing a testing time, her husband is in hospital in critical condition and from one minute to the next noone is sure whether he will pull through or not.

Things had been going well before this interruption, and it was quite a surprise to everyone to go from seeming normality to living with the prospect of losing someone so close and all its implications.

I usually prefer to stay away from specifics and talk at a more universal level, but something so personal and impactful serves to bring home a few messages. Life can be interrupted at anytime, live like there is no tomorrow.

A theme that has been following me for a few weeks now has been to relax and care less. My idealistic tendencies sometimes get me wrapped up in my own world, or the one that I desire were true to the extent that I forget some of the aspects of the real one around me. A message I've been resurrecting for myself is to relax, allow things to unfold and to experience myself in that unfoldment.

In the flow of life there are a few certain things and as much as we are trained otherwise in our mass media driven world, death is no loss. In nature, death is always accompanied by life. To take a thread from this, relax and allow the cycles of life to spin ever upward, relax in that connection to all that is and have faith that your intentions are being acted upon, always.

To hear someone say 'care less' could be construed as reducing the amount of care or involvement with a thing. In fact to me it means something different. Sometimes I am burdened by my capacity for thought and processing, to the point of being 'involved' in too many things.

I know I am not alone in this, despite being told that we are only using 5%, 8% or 10% of our brain power, I feel that quality vs quantity can be debated and that you personally can influence this equation. The point here for me though, is to care less as in to care about fewer things. Naturally having one goal is better than a hundred, at least in terms of expectations and results.

To tie this waffling post together, death, loss, relax, caring less. Sometimes distraction leads us to forget that there is a cycle to life, it cannot be avoided, but life always follows death. Each closed door leads to another open one. Relax and give over control to those cycles, to the inevitable and let them play out. Allow yourself to be yourself within that. Care about less, the fewer things and outcomes we are attached to, the greater the quality of the experience.

Peace,
-Mikel
