The Most Important Point

The most important point is
to accept yourself and stand
on your own two feet.

Go Fast Slowly

Time has slowed recently. My eternal moment of now is stretching itself and encompassing pieces of my experience that were previously uncombined and purposefully seperate. Everyday I climb a new step, reach a new peak in some way, become more than I was before even though I was never less than I am. The only failure, if I choose to see it that way, was my deciding not to see more of myself before.

Thats more of a generic statement about who I am, than a specific one relating to anything distinct taking place in my life now. Time however has slowed, even though events are moving more rapidly. I am calm, and in control, without being controlling of myself. My spirit and ego no longer battle.

I allow myself to realise only a few things consistently throughout the day. They are that I love myself, I heal myself and I forgive myself, without forgetting that I create myself, in every moment of the grander one that is now. Of late, my mantra has been "Thank You God, for the blessings I have received and those I am receiving".

Taking responsibility for myself, my actions, thoughts and words, has been an evolution from within. It is a very personal step and not open to analysis by another, unless by choice, although this should be reserved. One day is not the same as the next, and neither is taking one step forward or one back. As long as will and desire from within cause me to move in that way, then in that way shall I move. It is inevitable.

In creating my greater reality, I am contracting, for a while, connecting the dots and tying the laces of shoes that were once new to me, but have a comfortable fit now. Many of the things I have re-minded myself of are not yet unconcious. These gifts are now easy to manifest but I am not yet a master of them. In time, in time.

The important thing to see in this little ramble of mine. Well, it is that everything I desire to be and achieve, takes the exact tools and practices I have used before. I'm not aware of it, of how I came to use them in a time gone by, but to know that I have is enough. So all the things you so desperately seek, we seek; we already have. Something as simple as a purpose, is as simple as choosing it and being it. When it no longer serves you, set it aside.

Time is something we do not have much of they say, but there is more than enough for everyone, whether it seems to fleet on by or whispers across your reality like a slow daydream in a meadow. Time itself, is another tool.

So here I am, tying shoelaces and connecting dots, enjoying a tiny celebration within myself of achievment, of realizing a new plane of creation.

Some have wondered why my writing has slowed. It is simple, there is more than enough here in these archives, for those that choose to let it touch them. My work is not done, but this is the end of the beginning.

And as a tiny seed bursts open to reveal the most beautiful flower, realise that you are an infinite flower, with rainbow colored blooms waiting to be let out from within you, if you simply choose to be all that you can be... and give yourself permission to be that. Your spirit will never quarrel with you, your ego may rule your heart, but in time you will choose to be still, you will choose to allow your unconcious connection to the Universe to unfold within you .

There is no rush and no agenda. Simply being who you are is your purpose. Simply choosing your highest vision of yourself, is your next step. Be calm, for in the end, none of what you see outside of yourself matters, except that which is within.

What You Must Do

There is no master,
there is no instructor,
there is no person to tell
you what you must do.

Your True Path

True morality consists not in following
the well beaten track, but in finding
out the true path for ourselves and
in fearlessly following it.

Ready To Question Yourself?

Only he who is ready to question,
to think for himself,
will find the truth

-Nisargadatta Maharaj

Welcome to April, and for us a wet Canadian spring. The cycle of life continues and the earth or "interplanetary vehicle of choice" as I recently heard it described, renews herself.

How about yourself? Are you ready to renew yourself? Do you even try?

You have the choice to, in every moment. To be the same you, that you are now, or to question yourself, think for yourself and find the truth within you. There is nothing out there that will be of benefit, unless you choose to put stock into it.

We like to deceive ourselves into thinking that certain practices, rituals and religions will help us find that truth. Perhaps you may think that. Perhaps you feel that certain books or specific people hold the answers that you seek, and therefore justify seeking their company or council.

Regardless of how we choose to paint the path that we believe leads to the truth, our truth lies within us, beyond the gates of questioning ourselves and thinking for ourselves, beyond our own self-knowledge.

Whatever you believe to be true, is most definitely true for you. Your beliefs are your faith and your faith is your connection to All That Is. Not faith in only the spiritual, but faith in any of the puzzle pieces making up your reality.

Remind yourself to ask better questions of yourself always. Build on the work you have done so far or simply start where you are. Often I liken this path to climbing a mountain without seeing the peak. We don't see that peak, because there isn't one. Yes, the journey is it.

Books, rituals, alternative anythings, all have a place, if you want them to. If they have value to you, then exploit it as much as you wish. Never stop asking questions of yourself or permit someone or something else to do your thinking for you. No book has the same connection to All That Is, that you do, here and now.

A gentle reminder to keep on, keeping on.
